(More customer reviews)I wanted to get something for my son to wear at night in case he had an accident, but that he could still pull down when he woke up to go potty. I could only find these in the 2t/3t size , but he is in a 2t size and gerber items are usually on the small side, so I thought they would be fine. However, they are huge on him! I can pull the waist up to his armpits. We went ahead and kept then since he will only be using them at night, but I really feel bad for him to have to walk around in big bubble crinkly pants.

(More customer reviews)These pull ups have been wonderful. With the regular diaper pull ups my son would not feel or would not be bothered by the wetness. With these he knows he will feel the soiled diaper and is very good about telling us when he needs to go potty. Even though they are not leak proof they have done a good job of limiting the mess when we do have accidents.I wish I had known about these with my first child. Could have sped potty training along.

(More customer reviews)Although these do not say PEVA in the title of the product. They are the "new improved" material that Gerber has to use now. PEVA is loud and even more uncomfortable than their old vinyl pants. I bought Dappi Vinyl pants and love them.

(More customer reviews)Really happy with these pull ons. The material is nylon, which is more soft than the vinyl. We machine wash and dry, and they're still in great shape a few months later. My 22 month old darling pees through his nighttime Huggies diaper every night, and after many failed diaper covers, special diapers, and homemade solutions, I got these and have not had to wash pee off the bedding ever since. The cover alone is not enough to prevent spills, though. I have the nighttime diaper on, then some underpants over that to absorb the urine, and then the pull ons. When I want extra protection, I line the pull on with a soft washcloth. We probably wouldn't have this problem if he didn't drink water in bed, but I don't want to deprive him of his fluids. Now with these pants, it's not a problem.

(More customer reviews)OK.So, I love the company, I love their other products, and I wanted to love these.But, I don't.As noted in another review, these would have to be for a super skinny child.We bought the correct size for our kiddo's weight, and the leg holes were waaaaayy to small.We bought the next size up, and although they seemed at first like they'd work, with additional washings, those leg holes too became too small.My children are probably average in body size.They are not at all chunky.In fact, though the leg holes were too small, the waist was sort of too loose.Great, great concept, and I would have been thrilled had the fit been what we needed.I hate hate hate going through the pullups, and I also don't how they don't let a kiddo feel when they're wet.So, if this product could be made to work, I'd say go for it.They are not meant to be worn overnight, nor can they soak up a ton.But, you also won't be cleaning up pools of potty in various inconvenient locations.And your kiddo will be able to feel when they've had an accident and get experience some of the physical feedback of an accident, which can help in motivation.Perhaps if you were to be able to order the largest size it would work?And perhaps the company will adjust sizing a little.We also had a freak situation where the inside of the pants stuck to itself and wouldn't release and lay flat again.We've sent all ours back for a refund, and the customer service has been very courteous and helpful.If you can make it work, I'd give these a try.

(More customer reviews)My daughter started potty training at 15mos old. She is a smaller child and even though the training pants were a bit lose on her they still worked great! They allowed her to really feel accidents and learn the difference between wet and dry. I've been using them for about 2 months now and haven't found anything wrong with them. I love them and recommend them to anyone potty training.

(More customer reviews)Are you old enough to remember when training pants were made of terry cloth?

I am now using these pants with my 3rd child. I love them. They are soft and snuggly, padded in the middle for absorption, and come in cute little prints that kids love.

The middle of the pant is double-layered, absorbs urine moderately well, and are easy to wash in the laundry. I currently have 15 pair, and hoping to not have to buy more (if my little one would use the potty). But if we do need more, I know I can trust the quality of this product. Also, they hold up very well. I have several pair left-over from my last child, and they are still almost as good as new. This product withstands the test of time, and the test of poop, lol.

The only down side is, you will likely need to cover this with plastic pants. The plastic pants have been changed and I am not at all satisfied with the new PEVA pants. I prefer the old vinyl, which don't exist anymore.
